Our goal was to have a natural flow. So that the interior of the home was one with the outside.

[Transform] the challenges of building within a "Coastal AE Flood Zone" into elevated levels of mastery.

• Grounded by a structural shell built entirely of poured-in-place concrete.
• Fused by phenomenal waterfront views and sleek spacescaping.
• Elevated by architectural composition beyond confines.

We’ve transformed restrictive zoning laws into an awe-inspiring structure which reflects the confluence of real estate economics with the watery uncertainties of coastal living.

The larger homes desired by today’s homeowners and developers simply cannot be accommodated within existing building height limits. We raised the lowest floor level considerably above the existing grade. The panoramic views of the waterfront strongly influenced the organization of spaces in the home.
